Job Description ***Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance Required*** This position performs a variety of routine assigned tasks involved in the security function. • Provide effective access controls and physical security as required
• Provide program security support 2 days a week at a customer site and 3 days a week at the Fluor Reston facility
• Provide security support for office and/or project work environment
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines • Organize and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Plan and organize own work assignments, as well as carry out tasks from management staff
• Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards

Basic Job Requirements • Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and two (2) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to six (6) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements

• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job

• Must have a valid driver's license • Position will be on site with a rotation between Reston and Warrenton • Familiarity with plans, policies, procedures and other documentation relative to the operation of SCI protection functions and activities IAW DoD 5105.21 Volumes 1-3, ICD 704/5, AFMAN 14- 304, AFI 16-1404/06 and AFI 31-501. (b) As directed, provide continuous training and guidance in all areas of SCI security; including but not limited to, local procedures, OPSEC, Communications Security (COMSEC), Security Awareness. (c) As directed, implement foreign contact and travel requirements, entry procedures, escort procedures, document control procedures, and classification review/guidance requests. (d) As directed, send and receive collateral and/or SCI visit requests; oversee and provide facility badge access.
