The incumbent in this function is responsible for providing crucial support to the work group and its managers, including the Principal Engineer, Chief Engineer, Cyber Hazards and Operations Engineering groups. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing routine correspondence such as meeting notes and/or reports, compiling, analyzing and preparing information for reports and/or presentations, scheduling appointments and organizing travel arrangements, managing updates to content on the internal website, preparing audit material, and supporting projects and data management.

  • Ability to anticipate needs of managers and their teams based on relevant business and/or industry areas of focus.
  • Strong ability to discern trends from data/reporting and effectively communicate for informed decision-making.

  • High School Diploma and equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of administrative support experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.

This is a non-exempt, office-based position in the Corporate Office in Johnston, RI.
