Stores Clerk - Inventory DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying all inbound and outbound orders. Ensure that inventory entries and adjustments are reflected accurately in the warehouse management system.

Stores Clerk - Inventory ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Maintain inventory records
  • Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties
  • Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary
  • Complete jobs making sure all operations and material completed
  • Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product
  • Perform routine clerical assignments including filling invoices and maintaining records
  • Comply with applicable environmental, health and safety laws and regulations, Company policy and accepted safe work practices.

Stores Clerk - Inventory EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred)
  • Six months inventory and warehousing experience preferred
  • Forklift operator certificate a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
