Job Description Program management activities include, but are not limited to: * Transition planning, special project planning, resource management, quality assurance, risk management, status and problem reporting, and administrative support. * Leading a team supporting a federal staff directorate within DHS. * Supporting initiatives within cybersecurity policy and providing assistance for Cybersecurity related missions as required meeting DHS, OCIO, and CISOD strategic plans, * mission goals and objectives. * Managing tasks associated with administrative, clerical, and business program management support, JIRA/Confluence Development, FISMA/FITARA policy and audit support, and an Information Security Help Desk. * Ensure that all COR-approved special projects under this task order are executed following the concepts in the Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) guide. For each project, the Program Manager shall prepare a Project Management Plan describing the technical approach, organizational resources, risk management, communication management and other management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout task order execution. Minimum Requirements * Minimum years of experience: 7 years * Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field * Current clearance level: SECRET * Minimum of one of these certs: PMP, GISP, CISM, CISSP or equivalent Desired Experience/Certifications * Strong Preference for PMP certification and one of the following: Security +, GISP, CISM, CISSP or equivilent More Information Requirements of position: Think analytically, effective verbal and written communication skills, make decisions, observe/remember details, interpret data, concentrate on tasks, adjust to change, handle stress/emotions.
