Our drivers are the best in the country, and we make every effort to treat them as such. We know you have family depending on your paycheck, and we want to make sure we are transparent and honest with you, so you feel secure and can focus on driving, not worry about bills.

Paycheck previews give you the chance to have a sneak peek to your next paycheck, and if we mess up, we can work together to catch (and fix!) mistakes before payday. Our Weekly Minimums help keep you paid even if something happens. As long as you drive safe, turn in paperwork, and remain available to work, you won’t make below your fleet’s minimum.

Our van fleet deals with 95% customer based freight, and should flow drivers home every weekend without having to deal with brokers. We guarantee that drivers will never make below 50 CPM (current average is over 51.5 CPM) and all positions come with a weekly pay protection plan to help protect drivers during circumstances out of their control.
