Primary Responsibilities:

Administrative tasks including purchasing, pricing, order entry, sales meetings, reviewing and analyzing financial reporting

Manages the performance and development of Account Executives

•       Engages in one-on-one coaching daily including field work-withs

•       Effectively lead and facilitate weekly meetings that educate, motivate and  encourage key behaviors to drive sales.

Customer engagement including key account visits, new account prospecting, and critical incident intervention

Market Research including market conditions, trends, and developing vendor relationships

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Experience:

  • 2 or more years’ experience successfully growing profitable sales in the food service industry.

Skills:

  • Extensive produce knowledge,
  • Knowledge of retail space
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, MS Outlook, Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of distribution warehouse
