Our clients include leading public and private real estate entities including owners/developers, financial institutions, investment banks, opportunity funds, insurance companies, hedge funds, pension advisors and law firms-all seeking effective solutions that are customized to their needs.  The Director will work with a valuation advisory services team comprised of professionals possessing outstanding technical and market knowledge, transaction experience and credibility performing the following valuation related services: Litigation and Expert Testimony Services, Restructuring, Portfolio Real Estate Appraisals, Purchase Price Allocations, Market and Feasibility Studies, Highest and Best Use Analyses, Financial Modeling, Appraisal Review and Management Services, and Partial Interest Valuations. What You’ll Do  The Director in the Real Estate Solutions Group (Valuation Services) will assist in the collection and analysis of data utilized to formulate an opinion of the market value of core and non-core real estate assets for a variety of intended uses including dispute resolution, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, bankruptcy, eminent domain and estate purposes Oversee and prepare reviews of appraisals or client developed internal valuations. Determine the appropriateness of the appraisal methods and reasonableness of the analysis, assumptions, and conclusions of the appraiser or client Perform market research and analyses for the development of valuation assumptions Understand and utilize all company related research subscription services including CoStar  Efficiently review and analyze various source documents for the development of cash flow assumptions and projections (e.g. historical financial statements, rent roll, operating budget, tax bills, etc.) Understand, synthesize and analyze large amounts of data associated with complex real estate properties/portfolios Prepare and present relevant analysis, summaries and reports for clients and FTI management How You’ll Grow?? We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
