ANALYST- SERVICE NOW TESTING TEAM WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Knowledge of ServiceNow including the following modules is preferred: ITSM, APM, SPM or AppEngine. This position will work in a support role supporting the testing team and on-site SW development team. Knowledge of ServiceNow including the following modules is preferred: ITSM, APM, SPM or AppEngine. Additionally in this role you will assist the testing team in sitting in technical reviews with Testers, running and monitoring Automated Test tools for issues, documenting test cases, edit automated tests as directed by the testing and software team, reviewing workflows and documenting for potential bugs and communication to the test team and finally meeting with business analyst to learn and understand expected outcomes in UAT (user acceptance testing). This position requires 2 years of experience in a support or analyst role supporting a program that operates in a SW or testing environment. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance is required.
