Fundamental Therapy Solutions was founded in 2003 and began as a small clinic offering only speech and language services. Over time, we observed that many of the children we served required a multitude of services and we felt we could offer more. Since then, we have blossomed into a multidisciplinary clinic with a team of speech-language pathologists, clinical psychologists, mental health counselors, occupational therapists, physical therapists, therapy assistants, behavior analysts, and registered behavior technicians.
FTS support individuals up to 21 years of age across a variety of communication, motor, sensory, feeding, academic, and daily living skills. Practitioners across all of our disciplines actively collaborate to ensure we provide the best services to our clients in order to achieve our goals.
Fundamental Therapy Solutions in Lake City is looking for a dynamic OT to join our multidisciplinary team of professionals and serve our clients in the Columbia County school district.
OT Requirements:
* Florida licensure in good standing
* 2+ years of related pediatric experience
* Desire for continued growth and working as part of a collaborative team
* Compassion, patience and enthusiasm
