Overview

The Marketing Production Specialist ensures the accuracy, consistency, and professional quality of both client-facing and internal materials. Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager, this role focuses on assembling and formatting custom presentations, reports, and other materials to meet the needs of the Gallagher Executive Benefits Team.

 

This position requires a highly detail-oriented, process-driven individual with strong technical skills to ensure all deliverables align with established branding, formatting, and organizational standards. Through precise document preparation and formatting, the Marketing Production Specialist plays a vital role in driving successful client engagements, enhancing sales efforts, and improving operational efficiency.

  • Hours: M-F 8:30am - 5pm EST
  • Hybrid: TWTH - In office, MF remote (this can change at any time)

How you'll make an impact

Document and Report Management

 

  • Research and compile relevant market and peer data from industry websites, publications, and databases.
  • Format, revise, and standardize documents sourced from multiple sources to align with organizational standards and guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain a centralized library of templates and standardized resources to support efficient document production.

 

Presentation Development

 

  • Design, assemble, and finalize presentations to communicate executive benefit plan strategies and solutions to current and prospective clients for Sales and Relationship Managers.
  • Support Relationship Managers with plan review presentations by integrating complex data into polished charts, graphs, and structured visuals.
  • Develop custom summary tables, analytical charts, and projection reports based on data provided by Analysts and Client Service Managers into clear and actionable formats.
  • Prepare detailed due diligence reports as requested by Sales and Relationship Managers. 

 

Administrative and Operational Support

 

  • Provide support by organizing, tracking, and replenishing marketing and presentation inventory, including covers, folders, and other printed collateral.
  • Assemble physical presentation materials using a binding machine and other related equipment.
  • Compile event-related expense receipts and ensure compliance with corporate approval processes.
  • Provide additional administrative, sales, and marketing support as business needs require.

 

Technical Formatting and Compliance

 

  • Apply MS Office Suite skills (particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to produce high-quality client-facing and internal deliverables.
  • Utilize design software such as InDesign to ensure consistent branding and professional formatting across all materials.
  • Ensure all deliverables follow corporate branding standards, formatting guidelines, and visual consistency.

 


About You

Required: Bachelor's degree; 0 years experience required.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or related field involving document production.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and InDesign.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator or Photoshop is a plus but not required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
