As a Member Services Coordinator, you’ll manage client accounts, foster strong connections, and help clients navigate their risk and capital management needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact.
This role is budgeted at $60 - $66k, requires the ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ, ability to travel locally up to 30% for client visits, and obtaining a P&C License sponsored by Gallagher within the First Year of employment.
How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, secure existing business, and identify opportunities for additional services. Your day-to-day will involve building trust, leading resources to address client challenges, and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll also travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage an assigned book of business and meet retention goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage levels.
- Provide support to Account Executives and Broker Producers.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of client coordination or claims management experience, OR a high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to acquire a valid P&C Producers license sponsered by Gallagher within the First Year and willingness to travel 30-35% of the time across Arizona for Client Visits.
- Ability to work a hybrid model out of Phoenix, AZ - 3 days on site, 2 days WFH.
- Strong communication skills—you can explain complex issues simply and confidently.
- A knack for identifying critical issues and solving problems effectively.
