Position Summary:
Incumbent(s) directs, manages and collaborates on the development of the sales, marketing, and client management strategies for all facets of the business operation, ensuring that functional team are coordinated and fully integrated in order to provide superior service to existing and potential clients while also promoting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating, directing, organizing, implementing and integrating client services, marketing and sales activities;
- Overseeing the preparation, distribution and negotiation of new service proposals; and Managing the company’s marketing and sales strategies and execution.
- Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
- Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
- Confers or consults with department heads to secure information on services and customer specifications.
- Oversees team managers and their staff, accountable for performance, development, and success of teams, assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and training where applicable.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required;
- Minimum 8 years of experience in client services, sales or marketing leadership and long-range planning required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree preferred.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
