How you'll make an impact
The Client Service Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with Gallagher's products and services. This position involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role also includes strategic collaboration with internal teams, identifying opportunities for growth, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management:
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and delivering tailored solutions.
- Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Client Meetings:
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Account Monitoring:
- Ensure accurate billing and timely payment for client accounts.
- Industry Expertise:
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, offering insights and recommendations to clients.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Gallagher's products and services to existing clients.
- Reporting:
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to senior management.
About You
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in account management and reporting.
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams.
- Holds a current Property and Casualty License.
In addition to the qualities listed above, we are seeking someone who has:
- Insurance knowledge and 5+ years of experience managing client relationships.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- The ability to travel as required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
