HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST (PROCUREMENT) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a key member of the Business Operations Department, you’ll execute complex administrative and analytical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of IT programs. Your expertise in procurement and logistics will contribute directly to mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement & Logistics: Finalize Bills of Materials (BOMs), prepare purchase requisitions, track delivery timelines, and maintain consistent communication with vendors to ensure accurate updates and delivery status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Project Integration leads to gather inputs, share status updates, and deliver detailed material reports.
- Vendor Coordination: Engage with corporate buyers to ensure adherence to customer requirements and oversee the supplier invoice process to guarantee timely payment.
- Program Support: Assist in the development of program plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual and project requirements.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a task or team lead, providing guidance to junior staff and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Special Projects: Contribute to unique and high-impact initiatives as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, plus 5+ years of relevant experience (or 4 years of professional experience in lieu of a degree).
- Procurement experience supporting a Federal Contractor.
- Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with SC360 and Markview Kofax.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with precision and efficiency.

The likely salary range for this position is $84,493 - $114,313. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
