Generations Dentistry is looking for an experienced Office Manager / Office Administrator to lead our front office operations and help our practice run smoothly, efficiently, and positively every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support the front office team in a positive and professional way
  • Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and daily office operations
  • Ensure follow-up systems are consistent and tasks are completed on time
  • Support Accounts Receivable (AR) tracking and patient follow-up
  • Improve workflows and implement systems that help the office run more efficiently
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Help guide performance expectations and maintain office standards
  • Ensure every patient receives a welcoming, high-quality experience

Requirements

  • Dental or medical office experience preferred
  • Office management or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication skills
  • AR knowledge is a plus
