Part of the role involves developing Executive Summaries that will be used to support important executive meetings between the Global COO and other Global Hyundai Executives. This will require an ability to communicate across the organization and summarize information effectively, including Financial KPI analysis for Hyundai's competitors.Major ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly executive summaries for key strategic topics and projects, for use by the Global COO.Coordinate with key local and global business units to gather and summarize the appropriate material.Track achievement level for critical Mid-Term Plan projects catered to each Region and prepare review sessions for parent company (HMC) and HMA review.Manage PM2 Balanced Scorecard process for the U.S. and other global regions.Conduct external research into trends & develop appropriate present findings and recommendations to executive leadership for consideration and preparation.Recommend new and innovative key initiatives to drive the company forward.Communicate with external and internal parties to operationalize new and innovative initiatives.Prepare quarterly financial analysis for the Hyundai brand and its’ competitors using analyst reports.Communicate with various parent company (HMC) departments to prepare special requests for data.Lead executive level presentations facing internal and external stakeholders.Major Responsibilities (continued)AuthorityResponsible for significant decision making in all areas of the operation.Major corporate recommendations will be confirmed by executive management.Supervise staff as needed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews as needed.Final approval for assigned cost centers budget expenditures.Education~ Bachelor’s degree required.~ Master’s degree a plusRelated ExperienceTen or more years of strategic planning, corporate planning, or consulting experience.Five or more years of experience consulting (internal or external), market research, or corporate planningThree or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.  Skills/KnowledgeExperience in the Automotive industry a plus.Experience analyzing competitor financial performance a plus.Experience with a global corporation or multi-national corporate.Cross-cultural communication skills, analytical ability, presentation skills, and an ability to work cross functionally.Strong oral and written communication skills.
