Responsible for creating the strategy of integrated marketing campaigns and digital services used within Retailers to drive and achieve increased part sales and customer satisfaction. This position will also lead safety recall and service campaign completion along with service valet objectives. Major ResponsibilitiesResponsible for increased parts sales and recall, service campaign completion rates.Effectively utilize and create owner education content to increase owner engagement in the Genesis brand.Responsible for the increase the Genesis Connected Services car population by providing unique marketing, education and promotions that promote subscription renewals, enrollments and feature usage focusing on safety.Implement a Cross-Organizational decisioning and reporting platform to operationalize a “one-look, one clear next action” business process through Connex. Responsible for content on MyGenesis and Genesis Tier 1 sites, related to Aftersales.Establish strategy for Genesis OneApp & Web Aftersales content.Oversee creation and standardization of digital service tool offerings including, but not limited to online schedulers, tablet check-in, digital multi-point inspection, two-way-texting, technician video walk-arounds and online bill pay. Establish streamline reporting to support each KPI within the digital service tool, supporting Retailer performance with actionable consulting items for field support.Responsible for the execution of a digital service valet strategy and reporting on performance to achieve GMA objective within service valet. Manages digital service strategy impacting all Genesis Retailers and Guest interactions.Major Responsibilities (continued)Collaborate within the Genesis division and across all workgroups for maximum efficiency, program impact and, business results for owner marketing (ownership rules, data privacy, data sharing, lifecycle management, rules and IT integration) and digital (KPI calculations, repair order data, valet claims and IT Integration).
