*Duties*
* Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.
* Provide patient service by addressing questions and concerns promptly.
* Support healthcare professionals in critical care settings by preparing equipment and assisting with procedures.
* Phlebotomize patients as needed for lab tests and other medical evaluations.
* Work effectively with children, providing care tailored to their specific needs in a pediatric setting.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team in a Level I Trauma Center to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
*Qualifications*
* Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in patient care is preferred.
* Experience in assisted living or clinic settings is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with medical records management and patient service protocols.
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations typical of emergency medicine environments.
* Strong communication skills to interact compassionately with patients and their families.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to the dynamic needs of the healthcare environment.
