We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Insights & Analytics to lead our reporting, analysis, and storytelling initiatives. This role is critical to helping our organization make informed, data-driven decisions by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights. You will work closely with stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure our strategy aligns with business goals. Key insights and analyses examples include evaluating economics of new channels and partnerships (ROI, compensation, etc), market sizing, funnel/penetration analysis, revenue and expense scenario modeling, capacity planning, workforce planning analysis and technology/cost per terabyte analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align with business leaders to analyze internal data from business operations, and external data sources to generate insights to inform decision making, go-to-market and corporate development opportunities.

• Build and lead a high-performing analytics team as the organization scales.
• Translate complex data into clear, concise narratives that guide strategic decision-making.
• Lead with efficient Predictive/Decision analytics to uncover insights, opportunities & solutions, starting with end case hypothesis
Key Responsibilities:

Data Reporting & Storytelling:
o Develop compelling dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights
o Dive deep into reporting data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Partner with business leaders to understand their analytics needs and identify opportunities for insights.
o Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements based on analytic requirements, ensuring data availability and quality.
Process Improvement:
o Drive the continuous improvement of analytics processes and tools to optimize efficiency and scalability.
o Implement best practices for data governance (established by and with Data team) and reporting consistency
Qualifications:
•Proven experience in an analytics leadership role, ideally as Head of Analytics, Director of Analytics, or equivalent.
•Expertise in data visualization and reporting, particularly with Power BI.
•Demonstrated ability to structure, analyze, and draw insights from complex datasets.
•Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven stories to non-technical stakeholders.
•Track record of leveraging data to influence strategic business decisions.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience in building and leading analytics teams.
•Certification in Power BI or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
For candidates based in the New York City Metropolitan area, the base salary pay range for this role starts at a minimum rate of $210,000 up to the maximum of $275,000. An employee’s pay position within the base salary pay range will be based on several factors at the time of this job posting including but not limited to geographic location, experience, and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. The incentive plan is based on performance and the target earning opportunity is 20% of your base compensation. The final determination on base pay for this position will be based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.
