RBT Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools in the Baltimore County area.
Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior goals.
Communicate effectively with families and clinical supervisors.
Maintain a safe and engaging environment for therapy sessions.
Schedule and Locations
Flexible Hours: Daytime, afternoon, and early evening shifts available.
Serve Families Near You in: Towson, Owings Mills, Catonsville, Essex, Dundalk, Pikesville, Woodlawn, and Cockeysville.
RBT Qualifications (Required)
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it (we provide support).
High school diploma.
Reliable transportation for local travel.
