We are currently partnered with a very reputable, Non-For-Profit Healthcare System currently hiring full-time, permanent Registered Nurses to join their Women’s Health Division for both the OB-GYN and Maternity Units. *Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Health *

*Schedule: *Full-time, 36 hours/wk., 7:00pm – 7:00am

*Salary and Compensation:* _(Depending on Experience, Schedule & Shifts)_
* Salary: $70,000 - $103,000/yr.
* $15,000 Sign on Bonus!
* Additional 10% on Weekends (on top of evening/night shift differential)

*Description:*
* Full-time, Permanent, FTE
* Assist Director of OBGYN with annual Nursery staff evaluations, assign, supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance on day-to-day basis
* Identify staff education needs and develop care plan needs.
* Assist with review, revision and development of policies and procedures for Nursery, ensure policies are updated annually according to JCAHO, DOH standards.
* Perform annual review of discharge instructions for Nursery and Post Partum patients.
* Meet annually with child protective agencies, public health, WIC, and other organizations that deal with child/family concerns.
* Assist in problem solving, including delivery of patient care and proper chain of command.
* Assist with development, implementation and evaluation of QAPI Plans and attend meetings regularly to provide department input.

*Registered Nurse (RN) – Women’s Health *

*Qualifications:*
* NY State RN License, or the ability to apply
* Women’s Health experience is ideal but open to training RNs interested in women’s health.
* At least 1 year of Med/Surg experience highly preferred but open to New Grad with strong women’s health rotations.
* Ability to create superior patient experiences while generating positive guest relations in an office setting is required.
* Proficiency in medication administration and practice phlebotomy skills.
* Ability to cost-effectively awareness in use of resources/supplies.
