*Schedule:*
* Full time, Night Shift, 5 8’s or 4 10’s (will occasionally work day shift for meetings)
* Ability to flex your shifts on a week-by-week basis
*Compensation: *$115,000-$168,000, dependent on years of experience

*RN Clinical Educator Responsibilities:*
* Develop curriculum/education materials to train new hire nurses
* Support new nurses during orientation and facilitate their integration into the healthcare team
* Provide ongoing training and mentorship to nurses in areas such as medical terminology, patient care, and medical documentation
* Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, RN’s, Social Workers, Dieticians, Pharmacists, Psychiatrists and more
*Qualifications: *
* Master of Science in Nursing Education or willingness to enroll
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing, required
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NJ or willingness to obtain it
* 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) within Med/Surg, Critical Care or Emergency Department
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
