Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications


  • Minimum 2 years experience as a restaurant general manager in a high-volume setting
  • Proven drive-thru leadership experience (required)
  • Strong expertise in inventory control, cost management, and sales growth
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and set high standards
  • Demonstrated integrity, discipline, and respect in all aspects of work

  • Lead daily restaurant operations with high standards for service and results
