  • 3-4+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a scratch-cooking environment
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team
  • Strong focus on kitchen operations with an emphasis on scratch cooking and consistent quality
  • Ability to foster a positive, high-energy environment with a "whatever it takes" attitude
  • Ensure precision and consistency in all aspects of food preparation, portioning, and presentation
