We are searching for a full-time Double Board-Certified Pain Management Physician to join our growing practice in Arizona.


Interventional Pain Management Physician Compensation & Benefits

  • Monday to Friday schedule

Interventional Pain Management Physician Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine
  • Must have a Medicine (MD) or a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology
  • May consider Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
  • Must have at least 1 year of post-fellowship experience
  • Must have an active and unrestricted (without sanctions) Medical License and DEA License for Arizona
  • Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Must have high volume experience (40+ patients per day)
  • Must be in a practice that utilizes advanced procedures & techniques
