Luxury Restaurant General Manager

The Opportunity

We are seeking a polished, driven, and hospitality-obsessed General Manager to lead all aspects of this high-profile opening. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, responsible for building a best-in-class team, executing at the highest level, and delivering a guest experience that reflects true luxury.

From pre-opening through ongoing operations, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture, standards, and long-term success of this landmark concept.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team in a luxury dining environment
• Drive exceptional guest experiences with a sharp focus on service standards and attention to detail
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless FOH/BOH execution
• Oversee all financial performance, including P&L, labor, and cost controls
• Recruit, train, and develop top-tier hospitality talent
• Establish operational systems and service protocols aligned with a premium brand standard
• Maintain a strong, visible presence on the floor—this is a hands-on leadership role

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in luxury dining, breakfast, lunch and tea,
• Strong background in high-volume, high-touch service environments
• A natural leader with a passion for hospitality and team development
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience with openings or flagship locations is a major plus
• A refined, guest-first mindset with an eye for detail and excellence

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $135K – $140K
• Bonus: Up to 25%
