Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and run daily operations of the restaurant
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the staff team
• High level of financial responsibility and accountability
• Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
• Ability to demonstrate and live the mission and core values in daily interactions

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years as a full-service AGM in a high volume environment
• Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups
• Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability to lead a team to a successful new restaurant launch
• Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor, and setting up effective systems
• High level of knowledge of health and sanitation codes, labor laws in California
• Strong commitment to diversity & inclusion, high level of comfortability with language around these issues
• Solution orientated, passionate about growing with a dynamic young company
