Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 2+ years as a chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Scratch cooking experience
  • Basic understanding of food costs and kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Solid tenure (no job hoppers)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Coach, train, and develop kitchen staff
  • Assist with inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen organization
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
