Restaurant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee daily operations in a scratch kitchen
  • Management of food quality standards
  • Review P&Ls and ensure food and labor costs are in line with budgets
  • Train and develop team members and managers
  • Manage the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen

Restaurant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:

  • Full-service dining experience
  • Volume experience of $5M+
  • Solid background of good tenure
  • Positive attitude and the ability to lead a large team
  • Have a solid understanding of sales and cost management
  • Open availability
