General Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and run daily operations of a high-volume restaurant
• Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 120+ people
• Financial responsibility and accountability
• Adhere to the highest standards in guest service daily
• Implement effective systems to drive & grow the business

General Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years as a full-service General Manager in a casual or upscale casual dining environment. The ideal candidate has experience with a sales volume of 10M or higher and some corporate systems experience
• Strong leadership ability; someone who loves to develop others and has a natural ability to inspire
• Strong financial acumen; highly skilled at managing costs & labor
• Highly organized, detail orientated with the ability to solve problems
• Knowledge of health and sanitation codes, and labor laws in California
• A sincere passion for hospitality, guest focus, and desire to grow with a highly reputable concept
