Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years in a current Director or Regional title role, overseeing 8+ locations
- Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts for national restaurant brands
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
- Excellent integrity and character
- Proficient with financials, budgets, forecasts and cost control
- Servant and hands-on leadership style
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
