Multifamily Construction Superintendent – Walnut Creek

Our construction client is looking for a Construction Superintendent to oversee their multifamily and senior living projects in the Walnut Creek area.

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force to include subcontractors and assistant superintendents
• Coordinate with Project Manager to review all subcontractor payments and project budget
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients, including representatives of Owner and Architect/Engineer
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules
• Demonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment and administer Environmental, Health and Safety Management Program 

Construction Superintendent Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree  
• 5+ years experience on construction projects 
• Ground up multifamily and or senior living experience required

Construction Superintendent Benefits:
