Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications


  • Culinary degree preferred, but not required -
  • Minimum 3-4 years in a similar upscale or scratch kitchen role with an understanding of Italian cooking
  • Proven experience in upscale or upscale casual dining. A passion for scratch cooking and delivering unforgettable dining experiences.
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
