General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of three years of service industry experience and two years of management/leadership experience
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the entirety of a shift
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays with consistent attendance and punctuality

General Manager Responsibilities

  • Hire, onboard, train, and develop talent while fostering a growth-oriented team culture
  • Deliver consistent, engaging customer experiences rooted in genuine care and community connection
  • Oversee daily operations including inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards
  • Navigate change and make strategic decisions while clearly communicating shop performance to leadership
  • Coach and develop teams through company mission, values, and continuous feedback

General Manager Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $66,500/year plus a performance-based bonus program
