Assistant General Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:

• High-volume experience of at least $8M+
• 2+ years of AGM experience
• Ability to motivate and lead others
• A history of successful restaurant management
• Solid tenure, no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
• Ability to create an amazing guest experience
• Ability to work nights and weekends
• Successful financial management with COGS and Labor
