A growing, high-performing law firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Litigation Counsel to join its litigation practice. This role is well-suited for a seasoned attorney with deep experience in complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation who enjoys leading high-stakes matters, mentoring attorneys, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.


The Opportunity:

  • Lead and manage complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing thoughtful, solution-oriented legal counsel
  • Mentor and lead attorneys, ensuring high-quality work product and professional development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive, clear communication
  • Oversee a substantial caseload while driving efficient, successful outcomes
  • Participate in business development efforts to expand the litigation practice

Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of active litigation experience
  • Significant experience handling complex commercial, real estate, and employment litigation
  • Extensive trial experience and ability to lead matters independently
  • Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
  • Proven leadership and mentorship capabilities
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active Colorado bar license

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range starting at $160,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience
  • Quarterly bonus potential with no billable hour requirements
