Our client is seeking a highly operational Human Resources Generalist to support a growing multi-state organization with a large frontline workforce across the United States. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys hands-on operational HR work, and has strong experience supporting payroll, compliance, benefits administration, leave management, recruiting, and HR operations.

This is not a purely strategic HR role. The ideal candidate will be a true HR operator who enjoys being heavily involved in the day-to-day execution of HR functions while helping improve processes and support organizational growth. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and best suited for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Strong Paychex Flex experience is considered a non-negotiable requirement due to the complexity of the payroll environment and the immediate need for this individual to step into a key operational role with minimal ramp-up time.
