Restaurant Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume casual or brewpub setting
  • Bar management and history of successful cost controls
  • Strong floor presence and ability to lead service during peak hours
  • Supports GM in managing P&L, labor, and inventory controls
  • Provides hands-on training and daily support for hourly team members
  • ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
  • Comfortable using POS systems and staff scheduling tools

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with beer service or interest in craft brewing
  • Familiarity with opening/closing procedures and shift execution
  • History of supporting hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Experience running FOH/BOH communication smoothly
  • Community-focused mindset and comfortable engaging with regulars
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
