Restaurant Manager – Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience, preferably in a high-volume casual or brewpub setting
- Bar management and history of successful cost controls
- Strong floor presence and ability to lead service during peak hours
- Supports GM in managing P&L, labor, and inventory controls
- Provides hands-on training and daily support for hourly team members
- ServSafe Manager and TiPS certified (or willing to obtain)
- Comfortable using POS systems and staff scheduling tools
Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with beer service or interest in craft brewing
- Familiarity with opening/closing procedures and shift execution
- History of supporting hiring, onboarding, and training
- Experience running FOH/BOH communication smoothly
- Community-focused mindset and comfortable engaging with regulars
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
