  • Own the entire event sales cycle from first inquiry through contract execution
  • Proactively generate new business while nurturing repeat and referral clients
  • Consult with clients to design events that align with their goals, vision, and budget
  • Partner closely with operations and culinary teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Stay plugged into local market trends and competitive offerings
  • Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality

?? What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in event sales, hospitality sales, or B2B sales
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong closing instincts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events
  • Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • CRM experience a plus
  • A balance of sales drive and hospitality mindset
