AGM Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for staffing and leading Teams to deliver a phenomenal guest experience and growing the business.
  • The Go-To individual in the team because you know every station and are a natural problem solver.
  • Obsessed with product quality and food safety procedures
  • Strong and decisive communicator who gains alignment with all stakeholders

AGM Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant leadership role
  • Able to work a variety of shifts, including late nights.
  • Reliable transport and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish
  • Strong catering background and knowledge


Leader Benefits:
