Litigation Attorney- Personal Injury Requirements & Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • 2 to 5 years of personal injury litigation experience in Florida.
  • Solid understanding of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
  • Demonstrated experience with claim evaluation and case valuation.
  • Skilled in negotiation, case management, and written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to independently manage deadlines and a busy litigation docket.
