Qualifications

• Previous Fast-Casual restaurant management experience
• Strong kitchen and operational background
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with strong business acumen
• Understanding of restaurant financials, including labor and budgeting
