Managing Partner Requirements & Qualifications


  • Proven back-of-house experience as a kitchen manager and front-of-house experience as a general manager
  • Stable employment history, demonstrating loyalty and tenure of 1–2+ years in prior roles
  • Strong commitment to hospitality standards and guest engagement
  • Ability to execute a 100% table touch program and foster deep guest relationships
  • Demonstrated operational leadership, accountability, and discipline
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, allergen controls, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in enforcing safe food handling practices
  • Willingness and ability to work in the Orlando or Tampa markets


Managing Partner Preferred Background & Skills


  • Prior success growing sales through hospitality and operational leadership
  • Ability to stabilize and grow underperforming restaurant locations
  • Experience building local market presence and adapting to community dynamics
  • Direct experience with market-entry or turnaround strategies


Managing Partner (Day-to-Day Responsibilities


  • Develop and lead both BOH and FOH operations to uphold and exceed hospitality standards
  • Build lasting guest relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Own all aspects of financial management, including P&L, labor and food cost control, and inventory
  • Train, develop, and mentor team members for high performance and advancement
  • Adapt operations, staffing, and marketing to fit unique market needs
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and HR regulations while maintaining a positive team culture
