Looking for a strong Mid-Senior level Electrical Estimator in Miami for a solid and reputable local contractor growing fast.

What You’ll Do

• Review plans, specs, and addenda to understand scope and build complete electrical estimates.?
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs, get material and subcontractor pricing, and build detailed cost breakdowns.?
• Work with project managers and leadership on bid strategy, value-engineering options, and final proposals.?
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, GCs, and clients in the local market.?

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably on commercial projects.?
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction documents.?
• Comfortable using estimating software (Accubid, Conest, Trimble, or similar) and Excel.?
• Detail-oriented, good with deadlines, and able to communicate clearly with the team and clients.?
