Trial Attorney - Personal Injury Requirements & Qualifications


  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
  • Minimum 6 years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Demonstrated courtroom experience, including motion practice.
  • Experience as first chair in multiple jury trials strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Florida civil procedure and evidence.
  • Ability to independently manage a litigation docket.
  • Strong advocacy, negotiation, and case evaluation skills.

  • Oversee written discovery and ensure thorough evidentiary development.

  • Serve as first chair at trial when required.
  • Negotiate with carriers and opposing counsel to achieve client goals.
  • Maintain clear, strategic communication with clients throughout litigation.
