Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining concept
  • Proven ability to lead a culinary team in executing detailed, scratch-made recipes with consistency
  • Familiarity with kitchen financials, including inventory control, purchasing, and labor management
  • Committed to food safety, cleanliness, and maintaining high operational standards
  • Comfortable running BOH operations in the Executive Chef’s absence and assisting with training new hires
