Commercial & Construction Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications


  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • 7+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience with commercial litigation matters
  • Experience handling construction litigation cases
  • Construction contract drafting experience strongly preferred
  • Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
  • Proven experience with depositions and motion practice
  • Ability to independently manage litigation caseload
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
