Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Must have a minimum of 3 years of running Upscale Casual restaurants
  • Experience with $3 million in annual revenue
  • Tenure in a position as an Executive Chef
  • Excellent Communicator, Strong Attention to Detail, Business Mindset
  • Good Knowledge of Ingredients, Flavors, and Technique
