Loan Partner

Are you a seasoned mortgage professional looking to take on a senior support role with growth potential? We are seeking a highly capable Loan Partner to join a high-performing mortgage team in Tampa. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work closely with loan officers to manage files from application through closing and ensure an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll do:

• Manage the full loan process from pre-approval to submission.
• Review borrower documentation for accuracy (credit, income, assets, liabilities).
• Perform detailed income calculations (salaried & self-employed borrowers).
• Run DU/LP, interpret AUS findings, and prepare conditions.
• Register and submit loans through lender portals.
• Communicate loan products, rates, and processes to borrowers clearly.
• Prepare disclosures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to hit timelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in mortgage lending as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, or similar.
• Deep understanding of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Strong AUS/DU/LP and lender portal experience.
• Proven income calculation skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
• Proficiency with LOS systems (Encompass, Arive, LendingPad, etc.).
