$110,000 – $130,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonus + EBITDA Participation

A growing upscale hospitality group is seeking a Multi-Unit General Manager to support operations across multiple high-volume restaurant concepts.


This is a highly hands-on field leadership role focused on coaching General Managers, driving execution, improving guest experience, and maintaining operational standards across multiple locations.


The ideal candidate is polished, energetic, hospitality-driven, and enjoys being actively involved in restaurant operations and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support operational execution across multiple restaurant concepts
  • Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams
  • Maintain hospitality, service, and operational standards
  • Identify operational opportunities and resolve issues in real time
  • Support beverage and bar operations alongside restaurant leadership
  • Drive labor efficiency, scheduling alignment, and cost control
  • Ensure consistency in guest experience across all concepts
  • Act as a visible, hands-on operational leader in the field
  • Support leadership transitions and future openings as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of multi-unit or high-volume General Manager experience
  • Strong upscale full-service restaurant background
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
  • Proven ability to coach and develop teams
  • Strong operational discipline and accountability mindset
  • Experience with labor management, scheduling, and restaurant financials
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-touch hospitality environments
  • Beverage and bar program knowledge preferred
